Crew: Boom Operator and

As the producer, director editor and sound designer for this documentary, my role evolved into something true dynamic and hands-on. One of the most challenging yet rewarding aspects of this project was balancing the responsibilities of directing while also capturing high-quality sound as the boom operator.

  • followed closely and carefully alongside our director of photography and adjusted mic placement for the best and clear audio.

Being a part of this, even for the shortest amount of time, has been so incredible. Hearing the stories from the T - Walk Jumpers was incredible. It was amazing to see so many crew members create this documentary and having Jennifer Hyde guide the team in this intuitive direction. In this 12-hour production day, I:

  • checked all of the sound equipment

  • made sure to bring an extra SD card and personal headphones

  • built the boom

  • followed cl
